Due to the digital nature of our services, subscription plans, and software access, payments made to RentXPrime are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated or services have been accessed.
Our platform involves system access, feature enablement, infrastructure allocation, and technical resources, which are provisioned immediately after successful payment.
